Amy Schulz is the passionate founder and president of Gift of God Ministry. A former foster mom, Amy experienced firsthand the emotional and practical challenges children face when entering foster care. Her heart for vulnerable children and her desire to be a light in their most difficult moments inspired the creation of the ministry. Today, she leads the organization with compassion and purpose, overseeing its growth, outreach, and mission to provide hope and dignity to every child we serve. Amy is also a devoted wife and proud homeschooling mom to two beautiful daughters, balancing her family life with her commitment to making a difference in the foster care community.

Savanna Grissom serves as Vice President and Treasurer of Gift of God Ministry and is a key leader in both the day-to-day operations and long-term vision of the organization. As Amy’s right hand, she leads fundraising efforts, builds community awareness, and fosters meaningful partnerships. Savanna also represents the ministry at speaking events and plays a key role in leadership, financial oversight, and strategic planning. Her dedication and heart for the mission help drive the ministry forward.

MaryJean Sunzeri serves as the Director of Donations and Volunteer Engagement for Gift of God Ministry and plays a vital role at the heart of our operations. She oversees all aspects of our Hope Bag program, including tracking inventory, managing donations, and organizing storage. MaryJean also leads our volunteer efforts—from packing bags and coordinating laundry to restocking supplies and training new helpers. Her commitment to excellence and her heart for service make a lasting impact on the children we serve and ensure the ministry runs smoothly and efficiently.

Kristin Sunseri serves as the Director of Social Media & Program Support for Gift of God Ministry. She leads all social media efforts, ensuring our online presence reflects the heart and mission of the ministry. As second-in-command in storage, she works daily alongside her mother, MaryJean, to manage inventory, organize donations, and keep operations on track. Kristin also represents the ministry at community events, helping raise awareness and build meaningful connections. Her creativity, dedication, and passion for serving children are evident in every role she fulfills.

Whitney Whitaker serves as the Director of Prayer for Gift of God Ministry. A former foster parent with a strong foundation of faith, Whitney plays a vital role in covering the ministry in consistent prayer and spiritual support. She helps keep our team centered, ensuring that every season and decision is approached with faith, intention, and a heart aligned with God’s purpose. Whitney’s quiet strength and devotion remind us of the true foundation of our mission.

Norma Lynch serves as Secretary and Community Liaison for Gift of God Ministry. She is deeply dedicated to building strong partnerships throughout the community, working hard to secure both clothing donations and financial support for the ministry. Norma also ensures every donor is thanked with care and sincerity, handling all thank-you notes and correspondence. Her commitment to outreach and connection plays a key role in helping the ministry grow and reach more children in need.

Amanda Jeppson serves as Grant and Development Coordinator for Gift of God Ministry and has embraced the role with drive and determination. Since stepping in, she has shown a strong commitment to securing funding that supports and sustains the growth of the ministry. Amanda is passionate about the work we do and plays a vital role in helping us thrive financially through research, writing, and pursuing grant opportunities. Her dedication directly impacts our ability to serve more children in need.
